What this site collects
When you send a request, we collect your name, email address, message, selected designs, and any order details you provide. Please do not submit payment card details or sensitive personal information. Uploaded artwork and reference links are included in your request. Artwork files are accessible only to the shop owner and the browser session that uploaded them.
Why we use it
We use your information to review and respond to your request, discuss artwork and pricing, and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Saved picks and essential storage
An essential browser cookie links this browser to picks saved on our server for up to 30 days. Clearing cookies removes access to those picks. Picks do not automatically transfer to another device. Contact requests are stored separately so the shop can follow up. Temporary browser state may keep a request retry key while you submit.
Hosting and security
This website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure to store and deliver the service. Providers may process technical logs to operate and protect the site. The form uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit abuse; it does not store your raw IP address in the request record. Only the shop owner can access the request inbox. If email notifications are enabled, the sending provider processes the recipient address and confirmation message.
Retention and your questions
Requests remain in shop records for handling and follow-up; there is no automatic request-deletion schedule at this time. Contact gremlingraphics79@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to any records we need to retain. Uploaded files currently have no automatic deletion schedule; you can request removal by contacting the shop.
External links
Instagram and other linked services have their own privacy policies. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. Customers do not need to sign in to browse or send a request.
